Policies*We have a 24 Hour cancellation policy that will be charged upon your next visit at 50% of the services missed. *Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointments to relax and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your spa treatment so the next guest isn't delayed. *Our therapists need your cooperation including any pains or problems you might have to arrange the best treatment for you. *All late guests will be charged for the full treatment time of their scheduled appointment if they have a late arrival. *To prevent irritation from exfoliation services such as our Body Polish or Body Wrap, women are advised to avoid shaving just before these treatments. Men are also advised to avoid shaving before facials. cellular phones and pagers. Please respect the right to privacy and quiet of other spa guests. Gratuities Gratuities are appreciation to our independent contractor staff for outstanding service, 15-20% is customary. When booking your appointment please ask for a therapist who best meets your needs and massage style.
