to both our Costa Mesa & Newport Costa Mesa locations. Colon hydrotherapy is a gentle cleansing of the colon with a gradual and gentle introduction of water into the colon via the rectum. It is our intent to encourage optimum health by decreasing toxins in the system and stimulating the body's natural immune system. Colon hydrotherapy is generally done in a series of 3 within a 10 day period
to obtain a through cleansing and to receive maximum results.

Cleansing
Due to years of high-fat, low fiber diets and stress, the colon can slow in processing foods we consume. A healthy colon is essential to a healthy body. As a result, bacteria can grow because of undigested food that remains in the colon. After a colonic, you will notice improved digestion,
a sense of well-being, less bloating and reduced discomfort.

Only disposable supplies are used and a certified colon therapist administers the process.
The colonic consists of the gradual and gentle introduction of water into the colon via the rectum.
Peristalsis is introduced by gently massaging the abdomen to remove impacted material that has accumulated on the walls. The whole process is about 45 minutes and takes place in a private and relaxing environment.
